Title Plus, L.L.C. is an independent, locally owned real estate title company. We began serving the greater Baton Rouge community in 2006. From the beginning, our mission has been to provide professional and efficient residential and commercial real estate closing services.

We have five convenient locations: two in Baton Rouge, two in Denham Springs, and one in Prairieville. Our closing services include home purchases, refinances, construction loans, reverse mortgages, and we provide title insurance. Our attorneys are also able to draft and execute the following documents: successions, tutorships, subordinations of minor’s mortgage, donations inter vivos, Powers of Attorney, and Certificates of Authority.

Our two Baton Rouge based closing teams have years of experience in the business, and they work to ensure all parties are communicated with in a timely manner. We have four attorneys and two notary settlement agents available to complete your closing transaction.
